The HHS Supply Service Center is authorized to provide medical supply support to federal activities and to cost reimbursable contractors when authorized by the government Contracting Officer. We may not, however, provide support for any activity not meeting eligibility criteria.

A cost reimbursable contractor must provide a letter of authorization signed by the government Contracting Officer recognizing that you have a cost reimbursable type contract and that your activity is specifically authorized to utilize government supply sources through the term of the contract. The documentation showing that your activity meets eligibility criteria will be evaluated and if approved, the necessary information to set up an account will be sent to you.
